Quick Start

Our QuickStart program follows the USTA (United States Tennis Association) guidelines, introducing children 10 and under to an exciting new format that brings out their true athletic potential.
Conditioning Classes

Tennis is a sport where players must respond to a continuous series of emergencies. Sprinting and stopping, changing directions, stretching, reaching, lunging. If you combine all of it with maintaining proper balance and technique throughout a match you will
get optimal performance.
Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is an exciting group activity meant for people of all ages and skill levels. It combines the best elements of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, working the heart and muscles, burning calories, and increasing overall fitness — all while socializing
with friends and family!
Tennis4tots - Fun and Excitement!
Tots Program started in 2017 year and designs for children aged 2.5 to 4 years old to enables them to learn the basics of tennis. During the classes kids enjoy tennis through a series of fun activities and games, to improve balance, co-ordination, right movement, racket and ball skills.
